I would recommend Forest Hills for maintenance on your AC units. I have two “through the wall” units that have never been cleaned before. In a couple of hours both units were cleaned and ready for Summer 2026. The technician was able to determine that a thorough cleaning and some repositioning and coil spray will allow the units to work just as good as new.
David did a great job clearing out clogged drains on mini splits and servicing all 7 units and 2 condensers. The amount of time he spent and thoroughness was clearly a step above the prior maintenance. Now we know what really needs to be done to keep the units working well, and recommend for any mini split system.
