We had no hot water on Saturday. Bob called me back within half an hour, and set us up for a Monday morning appointment call. Connor came by, immediately diagnosed the problem, and by noon I was showering. He was very polite, cleaned up after himself, and most importantly fixed what he was there to fix. Very satisfied with the service.
We have used TBros as our go-to plumber for at least 15 years, previously for a condo in Roslindale and now for a single family home in Westwood. We have been consistently happy with our experiences with TBros, but Eamon (who came today to fix a hot water issue in the master bathroom shower) is definitely our favorite plumber. We request him when we can, because he is extremely informative and thorough. He gives us a really balanced view of work that we should do now vs. things that could wait, and gives us tips on how to prevent future problems. On top of all that he's just super friendly and a genuinely nice guy.
Had tricky, not obvious hot water/heating-system problem. They came within a few hours on a cold day. Worked on problem, seemed solved- then problem came back a few hours later. They sent someone within an hour who made some other adjustments and all is fine.
