We recently had our Viesmann gas boiler stop working. This is the second boiler in less than 7 years. This one was installed in 2020. We have had long series of issues with the Viesmann boilers. TBros crew came out to inspect the boiler and identified the problem. The parts were ordered and I fully expected no cooperation from Viesmann. TBros service contacted me to let us know they had the parts and were on the way. To my surprise TBros service managed to work with Viesmann to get the parts under warranty. Young man called in advance to let me know his estimated arrival. He was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He also made a recommendation for keeping hair out of the drain. Not inexpensive yet great value.Service: Drain cleaning

I want to give TBros and Mike Flanagan five stars. I have a complicated job involving my steam boiler that was related to a basement renovation and installation of a new bathroom. The pipes leading to and from the radiators are all over the basement and needed to be relocated to accommodate the new bathroom and clear others out of head space. No one wanted the job - I called at lease five companies and even my general contractor working on the basement was trying to wriggle out of it even though his entire project couldn't proceed without it getting done.
