Rich and Scott were absolutely fantastic.
I’ve purchased glasses through my eye doctor’s office before and spent a lot of money, but I have never received service as good as I did at this store. Rich, in particular, took the time to explain how glasses are supposed to fit—showing me the right fit versus the wrong fit, something no one has ever done for me before. Honestly, I don’t even think they’re paid as much as the techs at my eye doctor’s office, yet their level of service was 110% better.
Instead of mailing back the glasses I had bought online, I went into the store. They helped me find the correct fit, walked me through the exchange process, and now I can’t wait for my new pair to arrive.
I do understand the negative Yelp reviews about calling GlassUSA or using the chat feature—and I agree, it’s rough. Of the three phone calls I made, only one representative spoke clear English. To be honest, you’re getting a great deal on glasses, so phone support isn’t going to be amazing—it’s clearly outsourced. The chat feature was slightly better, but still not great.
That said, the ability to try glasses at home and send them back if they don’t fit is a really nice feature, and my experience with that process was smooth. Still, having a physical store just 30 minutes away made all the difference.
If the Natick location stays open, I would absolutely return to purchase again in the future. If not, I might consider switching to Costco like others have suggested.
Bottom line: Rich and Scott made my day. You don’t often find people who are genuinely passionate about their jobs anymore—and they truly are.

This was my first time ever getting a facial, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Georgette is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process, which immediately put me at ease.
The session began with about 10 minutes in the infrared sauna, which was a great way to relax and unwind. After that, I moved to the treatment room where Georgette examined my skin under a light, explained what she was seeing, and encouraged me to fully relax. She then applied several different moisturizers along with an enzyme mask, and with each application she incorporated gentle, thoughtful facial massage that felt both soothing and intentional.
I never felt rushed, and it was clear she truly cared about the experience and about my skin. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better than when I walked in. I’m really glad this was my first facial experience, and I would absolutely recommend Georgette to anyone — whether it’s your first facial or your fiftieth.

Shahin was incredible to work with from start to finish. Before the shoot, he took the time to understand my vision and even suggested outfits and colors that would align with our website and brand. He came prepared with great ideas and found multiple locations to use as backdrops, which gave us a lot of variety.
What really stood out was how comfortable he made all of us feel — and let’s be honest, not everyone loves being in front of a camera. He was professional, precise, and easy to work with the entire time.
The final photos exceeded my expectations. Our new headshots truly reflect who we are as a firm and the image we want to project — and it’s clear that Shahin takes a lot of pride in his work.

After being to 4 dentists in 10 years, I can’t even begin to describe the relief our family feels finding Dr. Helle’s practice. Getting our cleanings and exams here is a night and day difference from the 3 other dentists we have seen (all in Framingham). Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable, and did not push unnecessary work or offer their negative opinions about how our daughter’s teeth are growing in. Two of the dentists we saw in Framingham pushed and pushed us to see an orthodontist for a palet expander, completely overstepping their expertise. When we did see an orthodontist, we learned that there is absolutely no need for any othodontic work at her age. We’re so relieved to find Dr. Helle’s practice.
After surgery, I had lymphatic drainage massages from several providers until I finally found Bet at BeDivine, and I am so thankful I did! She is on another level! Especially if you have surgery, don't risk going somewhere else. Nobody else gave me the results that she did. She really goes above and beyond and she actually knows her stuff! I tried this place for the first time with a pedicure. The shop had a fresh, clean vibe and I liked that it didn’t smell strong like some other salons. The technician was gentle and took her time shaping my nails. My feet felt soft and refreshed when we finished.
I booked an appointment for a deluxe pedicure here and had an amazing time. I haven’t had a pedicure in years and this really hit the spot. Nina was my technician and she did a lovely job on the gel and sparkle layer. I have prom tomorrow and everything came out so beautifully and she handled me with great care. I highly recommend this spot for its great services and pricing! Will definitely come back!!

I moved 45 minutes away and haven't found a salon who does even half as good a job so I still go there. They take the time to really clean up your nails and the polish is perfect and stays without lifting or chipping.

I very impressed with professionalism. The minute you walked at the door, you were greeted kindly and inform you how long your stylist will be with you and ask if you need anything else. Wow, we just had powerwashing at our house. It was incredible! We couldn’t believe that it was possible to bring our house/driveway/patio/walkway/roof back to pristine condition. To be honest, I don’t remember that our property ever looked so great!

We will be going right back to him the minute we need BSS Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Natick, MA. The dryer vent in our basement has become disconnected, and it was going to be a very tricky job to reconnect it through the walls to the outside vent. Ben did a great job solving the problem and running a new vent through the walls. He even removes and replaces dry wall to get at the areas he needs access to. Great service, and would definitely work with him again.
I won't go to any other pest company. I have had them come to treat my home with ant preventative for several years and they have also treated for bees. They are very professional. I made an appointment for later in the week and then found ants inside so the very friendly associate that answered the phone got me an appointment today which decreased my stress as I am leaving town and don't want to come home to ants!

I am a graduate student who does far too much sitting and reading. As a result, my back and neck were killing me. Dr. Kevin did a great job taking care of me during my last semester. He worked the muscles in my back and neck (in addition to regular adjustments) and I think this is actually what made the most difference. It took maybe 3 visits to start feeling the pain relief, but it was tangible. I am really grateful for the way he helped me reduce the symptoms. Everyone at the office is very kind and friendly, too--both Dr. Kevin and Jen.

We recently took our new puppy to Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. At five months gestation Bethany saved me from both the physically and emotional toll of pregnancy and I was able to enjoy the third trimester and have a relaxed labor. Tina is an outstanding massage therapist and is committed to helping her customers feel well. Many of us discovered Tina when she was a masseuse at Massage Envy. When the Wellesley franchise closed, Tina's devoted customers followed her when she opened her own salon. She is highly skilled with wonderful massage techniques, strong, responsive and very passionate about her craft. She has also created a lovely salon space which is calm, comfortable and safe!

I have had herniated lumber disc which compress my sciatic nerve for three weeks. I stand and walk with a lot of pain. I went to CBS in Natick yesterday. Dr. Liu treated me with acupuncture, air cup and massage. My insurance does not cover acupuncture but what I paid was worth the service. I slept much better with less pain last night. I am going to do three times a week with them and hope to get healed in a short time.
