First, the waxing was as painless as waxing can be and super fast. The facial was exactly what my skin needed. After a quick analysis of my skin, Irina got to work and 75 minutes later I am glowing. “This was my first time ever getting a facial, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Georgette is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process, which immediately put me at ease.

The session began with about 10 minutes in the infrared sauna, which was a great way to relax and unwind. After that, I moved to the treatment room where Georgette examined my skin under a light, explained what she was seeing, and encouraged me to fully relax. She then applied several different moisturizers along with an enzyme mask, and with each application she incorporated gentle, thoughtful facial massage that felt both soothing and intentional.

I never felt rushed, and it was clear she truly cared about the experience and about my skin. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better than when I walked in. I’m really glad this was my first facial experience, and I would absolutely recommend Georgette to anyone — whether it’s your first facial or your fiftieth.
