Very upset! I had been here 3 occasions previously, and the results were fine. Today was very different. I was rushed, and the cut I now have is not at all what I asked for. I had long hair and wanted to just clean up the ends, keeping it long. Instead, I have about 6 inches less length! It's quite upsetting! And to make matters worse, it's not even or straight. She didn't even check! I actually paid a higher premium for a senior stylist. I want to cry. $100 gone but missing the hair more.Update!! After spending nearly $100 post tip, I expected to have a flawless haircut. I came home only to notice the sides are completely uneven and a strand of hair that was clearly missed. I won’t be going back.Update: the salon called me and asked if I would come back to have it fixed. I felt a little uncomfortable going back but booked with a different stylist (Laura) who did a great job evening it out all around. The owner also stopped by and was very apologetic. I appreciate the fix! Will update my rating to reflect the correction.

I've only had two appointments so far but both have been extremely positive experiences. Marissa S. is excellent, very chill, easy to talk to. Got amazing shampoo massage/haircut/blowdry both times. Highly recommend!
