Friendly, soft‑spoken, and extremely gentle. She was thorough, answered all my questions, and offered suggestions with genuine kindness and absolutely no judgment. My only small note would be to broaden her vocabulary a bit—but then I realized the dentist used the same one‑word term, so it may simply be standard practice.
