First time here, first time service with Jay, and he was a true professional! Felt so comfortable I was ready to take a nap. I don’t often leave reviews, but this was worth letting people know to check Jay and the shop out if you’re in or around the Natick area.
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel like more than just another customer. My barber David always takes his time to make sure my haircut comes out exactly how I want it, and I leave feeling fresh every time. Great atmosphere, great people, and even better haircuts. Highly recommend Title City Natick Mall
