Fedele is able to tackle projects of varying sizes. Two examples of going above and beyond. In the first he fixed our entry stairs the day before Halloween with little notice to ensure safe entry for the neighborhood kids to trick or treating. In the second instance he drove out of his work area to help assess a rental property project and while we didn't move forward his insight was invaluable.

Fedele showed up on time which is always a question with construction companies. He installed my solar panels on my roof such I can finally charge my Mercedes Benz up (It's now faster than a McLaren!). He cleaned up after all the work he did and left the premises the way he found them. Very courteous and high quality work.

Cacia construction is a mom and pop set up. The owner Fedele has a vast knowledge of construction. He is very Hands-On incapable of doing any task in your remodeling needs. In a rental property that I managed I hired Fedele to repair a structural beam that was holding up the entire house. This is not an easy task. You have to properly jack up the other sides of the home. Create proper notches in the existing beam and the new beam and line them up and seal it together. Fedele will not take work if doesn't fit his schedule or outside his scope. He is extremely honest maybe too much. He is meticulous and has passion for his work. I trust his opinion.
