“A+++ foils by Casey! First time client. My hair is thick and curly. The expensive highlights I have gotten in the past did not cover the thick hair under the top of my head. The sides were dark. Casey totally put highlights EVERYWHERE which look AMAZBALZ! Separates all of my curls and really brings them out! She was fast as well. No sitting in the chair for 3 hours. The price was amazing as well! Casey is my new foil chick. Plus we had many laughs during my visit. Go here and get gorgeous! Of note she also does colors like blue, purple red! That is next on my list to add a few spots in the front!“

“For a very long time, I have hoped to connect with somebody who at least *dabbled* in color so I could begin really playing with my hair. I've never had a bad stylist, but Gail puts a LOT in perspective. For one, I visited her in my teenage years for a few prom hairstyles and knew she was kind and a good listener. Flash forward 6-8 years later and I'm a whole adult, who, as I mentioned, is looking to play with color. LET ME TELL YOU. Gail is it. Gail knows her strengths and fully admits that she is most confident and comfortable when it comes to color-- duh, as a Master Colorist, I expect this-- but it takes a professional to have a candid convo about specifics like that. Anyway, I've visited a few salons close to my home for blonde balayage, highlights, full foils, etc. and so when I prepared to ask Gail for a single process, I was nervous. I'm used to asking for blonde and being told, "It's not going to work for you because you don't like to come in frequently enough. It's not going to work for you because you're asking for too cool of a tone for your first process." Etc etc etc. Gail walked me through everything SHE knew about getting me to the base color I was hoping for. She was realistic but also ambitious, and didn't err on the side of caution for the sake of it: she matched my ambition and hit the *exact* shade of strawberry blonde I was looking for so I could start playing between brunette-and-blonde. And she did so without ominous warnings, without judging me before she applied the color, and without embellishing her own capabilities. Again, I've NEVER had a bad stylist or colorist, but I don't know if I've ever have somebody who has struck such a perfect balance of, "I'm listening to you and I hear you," and "I'm trying to be realistic." I've never been so happy with my hair as I have been leaving Salon Cache.“

“Just went to Carlos Santiago for a color refresh in his great new space. I followed him from his last location because if his amazing skills (color and cut) so that wasn't a surprise... what was a surprise was how different and relaxed I felt in this smaller quieter peaceful beautiful space. Easy parking. It's dreamy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new stylist with a fresh eye.“

“Very upset! I had been here 3 occasions previously, and the results were fine. Today was very different. I was rushed, and the cut I now have is not at all what I asked for. I had long hair and wanted to just clean up the ends, keeping it long. Instead, I have about 6 inches less length! It's quite upsetting! And to make matters worse, it's not even or straight. She didn't even check! I actually paid a higher premium for a senior stylist. I want to cry. $100 gone but missing the hair more.Update!! The manager contacted me and offered another visit with a stylist. The appointment went amazingly and I am extremely happy. Even with the shorter length, Laura, was able to help make me look and feel good! I will be going back for future hair needs.“
