Her communication was excellent, and checked in with my frequently while cutting more off. My hair looks amazing. She was also really sweet, complimenting me and we had a lot of fun talking about dogs. She really takes the time to get to know the person in her chair on a personal level, which is something that is sadly not as common anymore.
