Excellent care at Essential Dermatology. The staff is kind and considerate. Dr. Krathen is beyond fantastic. My wife and I both have been treated in their offices for serious and even painful skin conditions. Their evaluation and solution to our skin problems was swift and very effective. Both the staff and Dr. Krathen are wonderful. You will be happy with your decision to be treated by Essential Dermatology.

Either I saw Dr K on a bad day or I missed the friendliness of his personality. He was less than cordial. I had seen his np while he was on vacation last year but made an appt for when he returned. Called office to confirm. His front office said he cancelled my appt. Mind you it was in Gateway.as a "go"..nobody called me to say it was cancelled. Found out when I called. This is not only unprofessional but totally rude. Tho his np was twice as good as he, my appt was with HIM. Who cancels on a patient without notification?I asked secy to cancel any & all future apptmnts with thisIgnorant & unprofessional Dr.And that's the truth. Dr K and staff are awesome! I am a new patient and was given an appointment within one week. Dr K quickly identified basal cell carcinomas and removed. I am grateful for his speed in completing procedures and his sense of humor. All supporting staff have been kind and professional. Recommend 100%!!
