My point person, Josephine, was very kind and stayed in touch throughout the day via text. I had 3 cleaners and was initially quoted around 2 hours but it ended up taking almost 4 hours as I haven’t had a deep cleaning in my place in YEARS! This was my first time ever getting a cleaning service done and I wasn’t disappointed. It is very costly but thankfully I have the one time funds to do this. The cleaners were professional and polite. I offered them water since it was a hot day. They did my baseboards, windows, vacuuming, all my rooms shower, and even washed my dishes!! While he estimated it would take approximately two hours to clean he cleaned for over three hours. He pulled the sectional pieces away from the room's walls, to ensure he even did the hidden back panels.

And while the work took longer than he expected - in part because he thought the sectional was a little smaller than what he saw in a photo I sent him - he honored his original quote.
