For a very long time, I have hoped to connect with somebody who at least *dabbled* in color so I could begin really playing with my hair. I've never had a bad stylist, but Gail puts a LOT in perspective. For one, I visited her in my teenage years for a few prom hairstyles and knew she was kind and a good listener. Flash forward 6-8 years later and I'm a whole adult, who, as I mentioned, is looking to play with color. LET ME TELL YOU. Gail is it. Gail knows her strengths and fully admits that she is most confident and comfortable when it comes to color-- duh, as a Master Colorist, I expect this-- but it takes a professional to have a candid convo about specifics like that....read full review

I hadn't changed my hair in years and was looking for a new salon, so I thought I'd give this place a whirl with it being right in downtown Natick. I'm definitely glad I did! I gave a brief idea of what I was looking for with cut and color (apparently balayage highlights was what I was after) and it came out exactly as hoped! I'll be coming back in the future. =D
