We purchased a sauna through Nick and definitely recommend it! We were overwhelmed looking at our options and the prospect of assembly. He made it very easy for us to find an electrician, it was delivered and assembled for us. The whole process took less than a month. We use it all of the time- love it! Nick was a pleasure to work with.

Korina did my hair (as well as my bridesmaids' hair and both the mother of the bride and the groom) for my May wedding - she came HIGHLY recommended and I fully understand why. Korina's style is somehow both glam AND natural - she captures exactly what you want AND makes sure it will stay in place throughout the entire event. We were all so happy with how our hair turned out and everyone requested completely different styles from updos to ponytails to braids to half up half down - she can truly do it all. Z is phenomenal, especially for kids cuts. He can knock out a cut for me and my two sons (ages 2 and 5) in about 25 minutes, and it's consistently good. Z is great with kids, which makes sense because he has is own. We're so grateful Z is part of the neighborhood!

I haven’t had a manicure in years bc it just never lasted more than a day before chipping . After the amazing spa gel pedicure I had yesterday I went back today to have a gel manicure. It is so beautiful I can’t stop admiring it. The price is right and the service was great. The facilities are clean and welcoming. It was so easy to book online and they have loads of availability and flexibility. I’ve clearly found my new nail place and plan to come back regularly. I love my nails- toes and fingers!

I love this place. Tammy and Anna are the greatest: they are both so sweet, always ask about my family & my work, share updates about their families, and I have never (not one time!) left here without a delicious homemade treat made by Anna! Today it was a coconut dessert she made and brought in to share. She put it in my hand within five minutes of walking in the door, right before she offered me one of her tomato plants. Last time it was a yummy homemade spring roll, and she gave me a perilla herb plant. Tammy and I chatted about vacations and she gave me a new recipe for prepping & roasting a turkey. It’s just so comfortable and happy here, I pretty much laugh the whole time. I have so much fun that I almost don’t care how my nails look when I leave, lol. But they always look great. And the prices are the best in town.

You never feel rushed here; they truly care about the final result. They’ve even stayed past closing time just to make sure I got everything I wanted. Jenn is AMAZING. She was my first dry cut experience. I was nervous and previously had TONS of hair. Recently it has been thinning in a disturbing amount. With naturally wavy short hair she gave me back my confidence. She listened to me and “followed” my hair and it’s been life altering for me. I mostly wear my hair straight and could not with the hair loss. No issues wearing my hair straight again!

We each got incredibly relaxing 90 minute massages and we each got to choose the sauna or tub while we waited for the other and had our own private oasis. I booked through the website and Kelsey helped me book an appointment with Tony. I gave Tony a reference photo (attached below) and allowed him creative freedom to enhance the design and make it his own. I got there at about 1:00, he sketched the design and we started tattooing at 2:00, and we were all done by 6:00. This piece was $450 which I think is incredibly reasonable for the size, placement, and time it took. I am beyond happy with how the tat came out! Besides the high quality service, Tony works very professionally and made me feel very safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. He was great to talk to and I’m super excited to get more tats from this place in the future. They’re moving to Natick Mall so make sure to stop by.

We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. Really spectacular emergency service, even on Christmas Eve! We greatly appreciate Jessica, Joe and the rest of the team at Regan.Services: HVAC system repair

We love Safeway locks! We first learned about them when the lock in our new house suddenly stopped working early in the morning and we had to go off to work. We called, and they came right away so we could secure the house before leaving for our jobs. We have asked them to come back several times to change the locks in the house and perform maintenance, and they have ALWAYS been terrific and communicative. Highly recommend!

My experience with Radiant Cleaning was excellent. The two technicians introduced themselves, put on protective shoe covers and reviewed the carpets that we wanted to be cleaned. They even adjusted the price when we added additional areas to clean. The work was completed quickly and professionally.

I had my first deep cleaning with sc today and let me tell you, i fired my last cleaning ladies because of overpricing and minimal cleaning. These ladies CLEAN! Ana's team has been making our lives brighter since October, and words can't express how grateful we are for them!! A cleaning from YES BRAZIL is much more than a cleaning. It is a thoughtful rejuvenation of space & a caring effort to bring clarity & calm to a home. She is completely professional, easy to communicate with especially when she sends reminder texts (very helpful!). My home is always a happier place after her (& sometimes her helper) have worked in it. I have always left her & her team to do their thing while I run errands, etc. I have them come 1x/mo. I appreciate the flexibility I always have with her. She is open to feedback, suggestions (ie. when a fridge needs extra attention). Most recently, I had a pipe freeze over the winter and needed both the plumbing repair and wall restoration completed. Elite Installation made the entire process incredibly easy. From the time I received the proposal to the job being fully completed was only two weeks. Their team was fast, efficient, professional, and great to work with throughout the process.

I had a very positive experience working with Oteri Construction. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and transparent about the scope of work and timeline. The team showed great attention to detail and maintained clear communication throughout the project.
We experienced some interior water damage after a wind/rain storm. We had several contractors provide estimates, though others only did it orally. John provided a detailed written estimate, that independently beat the others. Importantly, he was the only one to point out that it could be covered at least in part, by insurance. (The roof was twenty years old.) Timing was such that we had to wait through more rain and snow, fortunately no further damage, before the weather cleared. We had a deadline, and their office was very helpful in getting us scheduled. It was going to be the only dry weather day of the week. Well, an army of workers showed up early, and a dumpster and protective covers were placed as promised. This crew set up and got to work with no obvious outside direction being required. This was a two unit condo, with a healthy pitch to the roof, as well as porches and added room extensions in the rear. Everyone knew their role, and acted with precision. The entire roof was striped, and additional plywood needing replacement was identified and ordered. The job included applying a waterproof layer, as well as special treatment for edges and valleys, before replacing the shingles, that carry a 50 year guarantee. The job was essentially done in one day, but for some small separate areas of trim. These were polished off on the next sunny morning. Clean up was done with care, second only to the overall sense of safety that was maintained throughout the job. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier. We may well have been their first job in Needham, but there were no delaying issues, and I am glad to give them my highest recommendation.
I have been through many exterminators over my 54 years in business here in Boston. For the last 30 years I have only been using Pestex. They have the most knowledgably techs . They are always polite and considerate to our tenants. They get the job done no matter how difficult.
They have fixed critters come moving into the house when our previous company was unable to!

These guys were recommendation from a local tree service. Dean came in and turned my front yard into an estate. The design concept is stunning (we get compliments from people walking by on the sidewalk). The prices are very fair, he's prompt and friendly. Green Landscape did in absolutely incredible job on our pool patio. Not only was Eder cheaper then his nearest competitor but he completed the entire job in 8 days. They showed up when they told me they would, worked through the rain and did not stop showing up until the job was entirely done. Words can't describe how amazing Dr. Robin is. She is particularly excellent with my 6 year old who is very afraid of the doctor and dentist. Dr. Robin is able to use just the right words in the right way to talk him through it. Today she had to do a procedure which was very scary and although there were tears, she was able to get him through it safely. Although he left still feeling scared of the dentist , he felt brave and proud of himself. She also helped me (his mom) handle the procedure. She is the right mix of kind and assertive with the kiddos but also so lovely with the parents.Of note- we travel from Maine to see Dr. Robin (we visit family in the area while here for cleanings) and I would never leave for any other dentist!

If you are expecting, Dr. Melissa Diaz is the chiropractor to trust to get your baby into optimal position for birth. She is gentle yet effective, and after the very first visit was able to make room for my breech baby to turn head down. I truly believe my VBAC was achieved successfully in large part due to our regular visits!
