Emerson from Timmins Enterprises did a great job cleaning our carpets. He arrived on time, was professional and easy to work with, and took the time to look over the high-traffic areas and problem spots before he started.
The carpets came out looking and feeling much cleaner. Stains lifted better than I expected, and he was careful around furniture and left the house neat when he finished.
Highly recommend Timmins Enterprises, and Emerson in particular. He clearly takes pride in the job. We’ll use them again.
We had such a great experience with Timmins Enterprises! They deep cleaned our sectional as well as two rugs and everything came out looking amazing!
About two weeks later, we unfortunately had an incident that left stains on both the sofa and one of the rugs. We were so worried that the stains wouldn’t come out, but they were incredibly responsive and came out the very next day. Once again, they did a spectacular job and completely took care of everything.
They are professional, reliable, responsive and trustworthy. Every experience we’ve had with them has been excellent. I would absolutely recommend Timmins Enterprises to anyone looking for upholstery or rug cleaning!
