We came home from a weekend in NH and temp. in my house was 52 deg. People we called were unavailable or didn’t answer their phone. Finally a plumber referred me to Connerney Plumbing. I spoke with Billy, the owner, and explained the situation. It was after hours around 5:30. Billy’s associate, Lewis arrived in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, said I didn’t need a new boiler and said I just needed a new circulator pump. He had one in his truck and installed it after draining and refilling the water in the heat pipes. He then bled and removed the air out of 15 radiators. We had heat once again, a “triple miracle”: Someone answered the phone, someone came, and Lewis fixed it! Lewis could not have been more polite and friendly. Thanks Lewis and Billy. Heat is working great again!
Really excellent service and communication with good pricing! We had an emergency at our slab foundation home where the pipes were leaking in the foundation, but were not accessible and leak could not be located without specialized equipment. We hired Bill and his team to re-route the water supply piping for the entire house using PEX, locating them high on the wall where crown molding could cover. During the consultation, Bill came up with a plan on routing through the house with the least amount of disruption and drywall opening possible.
