Waxing The City
“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Wax in the City in Natick, Massachusetts! From the very beginning, Melissa, who helped me on the phone, was incredibly kind and accommodating. I hadn’t been there in over seven years, and I was pleasantly surprised that they still had my information in their system, which made everything so easy.
Avery was my wax technician, and she was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire service and was professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with. I was also really impressed by how clean, organized, and well cared for the facility was.
I especially appreciated the thoughtful little details, like having the suggested rebooking dates clearly posted for 4, 5, and 6 weeks. It makes it so easy to think ahead and plan your next appointment before you leave.
From my first phone call through the end of my appointment, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Absolutely fantastic experience, and I’m so glad I came back after all these years. Thank you, Melissa and Avery! ❤”
