These folks do a fantastic job. On time no problems with difficult rugs too. They picked them up and dropped them off as requested and the results are more than can be expected. Highly recommend Mike and his staff

Mike came out to clean our area rug in the basement which was hurting for some love. He was excellent to deal with. Great communication and was able to come out within a few days of calling. Looking forward to having him back.
