Everyone at FINE is so helpful, supportive and are just great people you enjoy seeing regularly. I’ve been training with coach Matt twice a week from the beginning and I’ve learned so much and feel stronger and more confident than I ever have! Learning proper form and lifting weights is actually really fun ? Matt is so knowledgeable and has been a great sounding board (and I ask A LOT of questions haha) talking through food choices and eating habits and also super supportive through my rough respiratory illness and small surgery when I was really frustrated, adjustments were made when needed and just kept going in a safe way which I appreciate so much!“

I have watched my body build stamina, strength, balance and my mind is building grit and I'm gaining a new sense of insight from the physical changes. The trainers are friendly and welcoming--I work with Federico and he pushes me while also ensuring it's not too much so I don't injure myself. None of the trainers have the "machismo" so often present in the gym industry. The trainers here are supportive, smart and emotionally intelligent. “I cannot thank Gabi enough for all she has done for me. When I first started with Gabi, I was just cleared to workout again after a very serious heath scare and was basically starting over in terms of working out and nutrition. I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. I felt hopeless. Gabi helped me put things into perspective and take back control of my health. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, and I'm impressed by how well-run the classes are to fit their wide array of experience within their student body. I'm a generally strong/athletic person and I still found the classes to be hugely strengthening for parts of my body that I already considered pretty strong, like my shoulders and core. I've also had lots of issues with mobility and back pain from years of higher impact/intensity sports and classes here made a huge difference after 1-2 classes per week for a month.“

I have been going here for about 2 years and as someone who has a hard time being self motivated to go to a regular gym, working with Danny has really helped me become more healthy and stronger. The workouts change each month but still get a full body workout each session. As the month goes on, each week is more challenging than the last and by the end of the month, we are getting a good and tough workout. Group size is small, with 3 being the most I've worked out with, and we each are going at our own customized plan with Danny. He is also helpful about sending home workouts or stretching to do on off days if you ask. Overall great spot and will continue to work out here.“
