John has been helping me recover from my second lower back surgery and within just 6 months I have made a massive amount of progress. I went from not being able to lay down on a bench to getting back to doing the bench press and deadlifts with his personal training program. Very knowledgable, friendly and works with you specifically even in his group classes. Facility is very nice, super clean and great equipment. Most importantly his workouts aren't boring. Perfect small gym set up in this area since the the city made Evolve Fitness close down a few years ago. Gym community is awesome here.
I love the gym, the space the people. They have many convenient plans for working out, open gym or personal trainers available for 1:1 or group classes which is really convenient, I’ve had a great experience here and there’s also parking so it’s very easy access.
I'm not a gym person, but a friend got me to try it and I'm loving it. John is great.
