Sarah is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I just went for the first time for a 60 minute massage and it was incredible! She has created a very comfortable atmosphere and was very attentive to my individual needs. Highly recommend Shanti Bodyworks!

I have been going to Sarah for several years. She is the absolute best at what she does! Welcoming, approachable and kind. She is keen to what is going on with her clients’ bodies and truly focuses on their needs. Highly recommended!

I was born with some back & hip issues and over the years have developed serious lower SI joint and mid back problems. Thousands of dollars were spent on recurring body work and PT and although it might go away for a few days or many even weeks, I still have the same issues pop up again. In a single 60 min session, Sarah was able to pin point the issue and over a month later, my back issues have since resolved! Sarah is an absolute pro at what she does and just so happens to be a lovely human being. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone and everyone!!!
