We couldn’t have asked for a better GC. WORKS by JD was excellent throughout the whole process—the communication and planning worked with our style, and they made it easy for us. There were times when we wished the expectations around timing, especially with the custom-made cabinets, had been clearer, but we couldn’t be happier with the outcome and truly appreciate the craftsmanship and quality workers. Out of all the vendors I was matched with, Jesse was the only one who was nice enough to reach out and call. We had a great convo about building a wall to close up a room to make an office. He gave me a great overview of the project and listed all the possible options (which was a lot!) as well as a general idea of budget, which was rather eye-opening, but also not surprising. Given his honesty and responsiveness, I would absolutely work with him once I can figure out the scope of the project and how much I will be able to spend.
