“Barrowclough came highly recommended, especially Paul Newman. I had seen his work at a couple homes. It was perfect. When it was time for us to do a major renovation, we invited them to give us a quote with other contractors. We ultimately chose them, although they were not the lowest quote. We chose to leave our home during construction to give them freedom to do their thing. Not only did Paul work quickly and efficiently, but during the job, he called frequently to keep me updated, and he came up with ideas to make the space more usable and modern. Rather than keep 2 old fashioned pantries, he had an idea to pull off the doors and order cabinet frames and doors and extend the kitchen into the hallway. He pulled out the insides and reengineered them to our custom specs. The result was that for minimal cost (hundreds of dollars) we got much more functionality and efficiency. We ended up adding to the kitchen and dining room job. What did we add? We removed popcorn ceiling, painted hallways and stairwell, painted master bath and bedroom, redid two upstairs bathrooms and more. We came home to a new house in April 2021 just as covid is (hopefully) winding down. What a gift Paul is. I'm happy to show the work that Paul and his crew did. He employs the best subcontractors and partners with them to ensure they are working together well. You can't go wrong with Paul and Barrowclough. Paul is a master carpenter. I would give it 5 stars, if I knew where to post that!“

“AC Castle and the owner, Brian replaced my roof a few years ago and recently, I had a leak due to an old chimney issue. They came out to fix the issue and after all the rain this past week, it was fixed perfectly. No more leaks.I highly recommend AC. Pricing is fair but more importantly, they stand behind their work no matter how long it has been since they did their original work. It isn't easy to find reliable contractors/roofers who charge you fairly and do a good job. They did and do and I wouldn't hire anyone else but them to work on my roof/chimney. Highly recommend. “Update: Nov. 28, 2023.........The windows arrived on a horrible weather day and the two men who brought them gave me the choice of whatever day I wanted them to return and left the windows in my garage. They came on the chosen day at 8:30 a.m. and never once stopped working until the job was complete and ever speck of trash, etc. was picked up and disposed of. They were great. Two of the hardest working men I have ever seen. I love my new windows, they are so tight we can already notice the difference. Coastal windows & exteriors have been a pleasure to do business with.Ordered 8 replacement windows and had the pleasure of meeting DeAndreae and Roger. My husband and I were very pleased by their knowledge and professionalism and quick response to our needs. We were not expecting to get these installed until possibly December but today got a confirmation that the windows will be in in the next two weeks. So far we are extremely pleased with our interaction with Coast Windows and their representatives. Hopefully the review after the install will be even better.“
