I'm a 65 year old male, who's lived with back pain most of his adult life. Traditional Western medicine only consisted of pain medications, and some physio. I can tell you the 30 years in moderate to severe pain daily was just a horrible way of life. I've been seeing Dr David for 6 weeks now, and my pain has been cut in half. Ive been to the Russell Center twice the past year. Once for a pulled back muscle and more recently for a shoulder impingement. Both experiences could not have gone better. The shoulder in particular was worrisome for me as I'm very active. Dr. St. Jean started treatments and 4 weeks later I'm back to what I was doing before. These guys do a great job and I can't recommend them more highly.

As a first-time, soon-to-be mom, I was a little nervous going in, but Dr. David St. Jean immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He’s extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing.
