The team that actually painted did it with precision and clients were happy with the outcome. They did an excellent job painting the outside of houses. Highly recommended. When Nicole came for the assessment she was on time, and very professional. She took the time to go through each line of the estimate and different price options. Mateus and his crew did great work and were also very thorough. They were very thorough with every step of the painting process. They even covered the cars in the driveway as well as the neighbors car. Home Aesthetics LLC has a very professional and courteous crew. Mateus and Tuca completed the project in time and were very receptive to clients' feedback. Left property clean.
We had been contemplating a bathroom renovation for over a year. We found Home Aesthetics at a home show we attended and met with the owner (Nicole) to discuss our project in more detail. We decided to go with Nicole and her team, and it was the best decision we ever made! The team at Home Aesthetics was incredible. Communication was exceptional. We were always aware what was to take place each day, what time to expect crews to arrive, etc...all change orders were sent and approved if any changes were made to the original contract, so there were no surprises at the end of the project. Home Aesthetics replaced our floors and repaired drywall after water damage in our apartment. They were great to work with from quote to finish. They promised to complete the job before the holidays - a promise they kept with plenty of margin. All workers were professional and very skilled. Yes, I had to live through a few days when everything was a mess, but after completion and a thorough cleaning by Home Aesthetics, I was back in business again. After the work was completed, we had problems with the insurance reimbursement. Even though Home Aesthetics had completed their work and been paid by me, Nicole got in tough with the insurance company to explain the quote in...read full review
