I hired Mike for all the wooden floors in my 2000sqft home and to paint a very challenging bedroom and he did a fantastic job. Not only was he timely but very fair with his pricing too. I will 100% use him in the future and recommend him to anyone looking.

Mike did outstanding job refinishing the floors throughout our entire home. Even areas that had severe damage before look brand new again. He worked quick, left no mess, and came in with a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking to do work on their floors!

Michael and his team did a fantastic job helping to prepare my mother-in-law's home for sale. We had them rip out carpets throughout the house and refinish the floors, as well as paint every room, including ceilings and trim. The whole job was done quickly (2.5 weeks) to help meet our home sale schedule and the results were truly amazing. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the finished product. Throughout the process, Michael communicated clearly and in a timely fashion, with regular project updates. When a couple of surprises came to light (crumbling plaster behind some wall paper in a bathroom and a small section of missing hardwood under the carpet), Michael flagged the issues quickly and offered multiple options to troubleshoot while keeping the budget in check. The total cost of the work was very reasonable in my view and well worth the investment to ready the house for sale. I can't recommend ScreenCoat Painting and Flooring highly enough. Thank you Michael!
