I've been going to Dr. Jamie and her crew at Aligned for Life for the past year. She has fixed my back pain and is fixing my life long neck pain. I feel better all around but also my xrays show the progress in black and white!!! She not only adjusts you, but teaches you exercises and techniques that also work on muscles and ligaments. If you're committed, you will improve with Dr. Jamie. I've gone to chiropractors off and on in my life and many practitioners only temporarily fix the problem. Dr. Jamie is AMAZING!! Throughout my time visiting her for adjustments, I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my overall health and wellness. I have more energy, I sleep better, and most importantly of all: I have drastically reduced my migraine severity and frequency! When I first started going for adjustments, I had anywhere from 4 to 8 migraines a month. Now I can go months between having just one! Thanks to Dr. Jamie I can eat walnuts and avocados again without causing a migraine, and I’ve learned a lot about how to better care for the health of my spine too! Thank you SO MUCH!!
Of all the things I’ve done for my health starting care with Dr. Jamie has been the pinnacle! Between a lifetime of various injuries and a career that’s particularly hard on my body, chronic pain has been a long time reality.
