I started with Dr. Jamie when I was about 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I was skeptical to try, as I didn’t know much about chiropractic care. I was having the beginning of some back pain, and also have some herniated discs. After hearing how back pain can really flare up during pregnancy, I wanted to try to avoid that. Dr. Jamie not only kept my back feeling great throughout both my back to back pregnancies (my babies are 13 months apart!), but she really helped my entire body and mind.
