I have been plagued by multiple, painful issues with my teeth during the pandemic and am also fairly new to the area. Both doctors and their staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as a brand new patient during an emergency and in a pandemic. The level of customer service and sincere care is something I've never experienced at a dental office before. The non-judgemental, solution driven approach that Dr. Frasca went over with me during my very first, emergency visit set my mind at ease and gives me hope that I'll have a healthy mouth in no time. I was also nervous about seeing a dentist during the pandemic but every member of the staff is safety conscious and the rooms are separated well by plastic. This was the best dental experience I've ever had at a time when I've never been in so much pain. I can't recommend this group enough!!!
