We worked with Pat, Fred and the Godfrey team to update our new house before we moved in and had the absolute best experience we could've imagined. Pat and Fred were professional and responsive - even making time to support a next-day walkthrough to help us with negotiations before we even closed on the house - and all projects were completed on time and within the communicated budget. Godfrey Design-Build is a Beverly, MA full-service remodeling company. Our process allows our clients to hire one company for all their design, scope development and construction services. This is different from the “traditional” design-bid-build approach where clients are responsible for hiring designers, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors. We combine these services into one home remodeling contractors package so we can offer more value and simplify a challenging process.
