“I called Swampscott Refrigeration to inspect my older unit (we have two, one per each floor of our home) as it was blowing cool air, but it wasn't cold. They sent Scott the technician out. He did a great job identifying and resolving the issue - adding freon to the system and tidying up the compressor while he was working on it. I will likely go back to Swampscott Refrigeration when this unit is ready for replacement. Nice job Swampscott Refrigeration and Scott! I really appreciate your service!“

“I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the professionalism and work ethic of Jim at Reliable Oil. Jim went above and beyond to insure I had what I needed in a timely fashion. My house was older and apparently the cellar was built around a 275 gallon tank. I got several estimates and was told I would need to put a smaller tank in the cellar. Jim removed stair treads and planed a cellar beam to install a 275 gallon tank. His work is meticulous and his price is more than fair. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!“
