I contacted Gary at the Remodeling Company about renovating my bathroom. He was among three other contractors who submitted proposals. His proposal was not only competitive on total cost, but it detailed labor hours, labor cost, subcontractor cost as well as material cost estimates, a level of detail missing from the other proposals. After I chose his bid, I met with him and his project manager who explained their process, gave me a reasonable time line and subsequently assigned a project manager who updated me weekly in writing what was planned.
