I10/29/25 as I post this regretfully, my impression of Rachel has changed 180 degrees. I was referred by a former coworker. I bought a $500 package for hair service ( dyes, cuts, any extras I paid ). So this year around end of April I treated myself to my first Keratin treatment. $350.00. Event coming up. OK , followed her directions, in the past few months my hair has been falling out in clumps. I had a super thick head of hair, now it is half as much. I wondered what the chemicals where in the Keratin treatment to give to my dermatologist I saw today. I texted her friendly, and no response. Rachel does a great job and for a good price. Her schedule is flexible and I hardly ever have to wait when I have an appt. She schedules after hours certain days too for those of us who have a tough work schedule. She has a great referal program too. Send your friends!
