I called Legacy and they were able to send someone out the same day and I needed after 4:30pm and I wasn’t charged extra for the evening time. The tech Dan was so helpful. Jhon was just out to do my seasonal heat pump/AC maintenance. He arrived on time, in the early part of his appointment window. It’s nice that they send a text when the service technician is on the way, along with a tracker to let you know when to expect his arrival. Jhon, like the installation crew was professional, courteous and went above and beyond what was expected.“

He was there when my family started to arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and he got the heat working just in time.
