One week later, Ivan and Abel arrived on-time @ 830am. Ivan explained that it would take 10-12 hours to complete installation. They removed old furnace and installed the Rheem. During the process both were very open about answering any questions I had. They completed the install shortly after 10 hours. Ivan also setup appt for local village inspector.
