Ragano is a top-notch HVAC company.When providing the quote, they gave accurate and unbiased advice about our options. I found their comments about parts availability, ease of service, and brand reputation to be especially helpful.The front-office team was very helpful in scheduling the install. There were some minor hiccups processing the down payment (my error), but the front-office was very responsive throughout and the issue was resolved without incident.The install itself went extremely smoothly. A different LARGE and Well Known company tried to sell me a whole new 4Ton AC unit at a crazy price. John from Ragano came out and immediately saw the problem; he replaced a capacitor and then did a whole system check. My AC was blowing cold again in under an hour.I literally saved THOUSANDS of dollars and Ragano picked up a new life long customer.
