I had a section of my main drain line go bad and was leaking into my basement. Even Flow Mechanical Services came out same day and assessed the situation, came up with the best plan of action, and professionally fixed our issue. Ben K did a bang up job! Fantastic work from start to finish. My furnace went out on last night, I was able to call around 930 at night and actually speak to someone. She was so nice and grabbed all information. The following morning Jay showed up ready to get things back in order. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a few options to go about fixing the situation. He definitely knows his stuff. 100% would recommend. Super fast service and got my heat running again 12 hrs after placing a call.
