Kustom heating & cooling is the best! I have used them for 13 years. Today I had Eddie as a technician and he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me how my furnace was operating and what needed attention. He provided me with pictures to back up his recommendations. What a great job. It’s nice to know that I have one less thing to worry about. Thank you!
Great experience. Eddie C was professional. He arrived on time, offered repair options, and got the job done. Kustom is the third firm to try fixing our humidifier issue. Eddie C got it fixed. I would recommend Kustom H & C.
Kustom HVAC, including owner Chris (who has personally responded to us if we had any issues), and Todd in sales, and all of the service and office staff are very professional, friendly and always provide the best service for their customers. They installed a mini split, and a new furnace and A/C for us, and we are on their maintenance plan. I highly recommend them highly. This is how businesses should be run, i.e. provide best personal service from the top, at reasonable prices, and you get a loyal clientele.
