Superb service by Alex Quality Service! We truly had an emergency request since it was freezing cold all night- our furnace stopped working and the temperature inside our house was dropping fast by the morning. Alex came within an hour of my phone call, did an excellent job fixing our issue, explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem with our furnace and thermostat and the heat is back and running! I can’t say enough how satisfied we are with his service and overall experience. Highly recommended!
Great person for the job, my wife called him to help with our air conditioner. I normally handle all our maintenance issues because I am a skilled trades man, Electrician. But I don't work with freon. And my understanding of this issue with my air conditioner was that it needed freon because the lines got frozen. I explained this to Alex and he gave me a far price to clean my unit and install more freon to my air conditioner. He did a great job and my house is nice and cold. Highly recommend by me.
