“My mini split was not working I called at like 4:45 pm, my call was picked up was told I would have someone at the house between 8-10 am following day. I was like you don’t know the address, she had it based on prior service call. With the heatwave I did not expect next service or that kind of retention information held. I forgot to mention…they fixed my cooling device and got me back to working from home!! Great ? company!!!”
“On Thanksgiving morning our furnace went out. I called the company that we normally used, but got no response right away. I called a couple different places and finally got through to Ragano Heating. They were able to come out shortly after I called. Esteban the technician found the problem, but didn't have the part to fix it in his truck. He left and came back with a part that would work and would schedule an appointment later, once they had the correct part. He was there when my family started to arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and he got the heat working just in time. They came back the following week and installed the correct part as promised and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I already recommended them to a friend.”
“I had a great experience with Master Heating & Cooling. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There were no hidden fees or pressure to buy anything I didn’t need. The repair was completed the same day, and my AC is working perfectly again. They were professional, honest, and left everything clean before they left. It’s hard to find a company you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. I highly recommend Master Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service”
