Jhon was just out to do my seasonal heat pump/AC maintenance. He arrived on time, in the early part of his appointment window. “Great all around service. My furnace stopped working after an electrical outage/power surge in the middle of winter! I called Legacy and they were able to send someone out the same day and I needed after 4:30pm and I wasn’t charged extra for the evening time. The tech Dan was so helpful. He talked with me before and after servicing the furnace so I understood well what was going on, took time to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), etc. Dan and the Legacy manager also worked so well with me to find the best affordable solution. I’m very grateful and the furnace is back up and going great!“
