“If I could give 10 stars I would. Our technician, Robbie Aquirre, was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and very informative. Our furnace shut down in the middle of a December overnight. I called for help in the morning, Mr. Aquirre was here by 1pm. He showed us where the problem was, how to properly maintain the furnace so it doesn't happen again, and performed a complete winter maintenance. Now the furnace is running like new. We couldn't be any happier.“

“We have hired Arctic Heating & Cooling multiple times over the years & they have our absolute highest recommendation. I don't write many reviews, but this one is long overdue. Know this - every single experience we have had w/ Arctic has resulted in exceptional service. We have called them during the coldest of winters, the hottest of summers, on weekends, on holidays. We've called them early in the morning & sometimes after hours. Our furnace runs 24x7 in the winter, our AC runs 24x7 in the summer. Nothing is ever 'turned off' & eventually things break down, sometimes at the very worst time (i.e. hosting family w/ a summer heat advisory on July 3rd). Regardless of the situation, Arctic has delivered time & time again.I have never felt 'sold to', or gouged, or 'nickeled & dimed' as most service providers tend to do when they're trying to sell you a more expensive service. Quite the opposite, Arctic is more focused on addressing your problem - not the ways they can convince you to pay them more money! Their rates are not only fair, they seem to charge less than other HVAC firms in the area (my wife is a 'shopper' & I proved this to her in the past!)Jeff & Chris are not only true professionals, they're in that small category of folks that we consider to be "good people". They've always been incredibly responsive, not only picking up our calls on the first few rings, but responding to our voicemails almost immediately. More often than not, they show up within a few hours, but they've also offered to visit after work or first thing in the morning to accommodate our schedules. A small thing but something I really do appreciate; they always show up on time & they always give us a heads up when they're on the way. Artic is the 'best of the best' & I'm incredibly thankful that they're always there to help.“
