Carl was awesome! He communicated very well when his arrival time had to change with plenty of notice. He was very friendly, even the dog liked him. He worked quickly, made friendly conversation. and we are very satisfied with his work. You're awesome Carl!

Quick, efficient and reasonable, Carl P was easy to deal with, came out at 5:30 on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to give an estimate to replace a bathroom vent, said can do it now (had to go in attic to do) and was done by 7:30. By the way the best of three estimates I received

Well, if my furnace had to go out today, I'm glad the folks at Com24 were available to help. Jay was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was nice to talk with as he was looking at the system. Carl and the apprentices I met were excellent as well. It was a very easy process, and everyone was great to work with. I'm very happy with my new furnace and the excellent customer service I received.
