He was conscientious, kind and apologetic that he couldn't help me right away.“

“McHenry Heating and Air has been my first choice HVAC and Plumbing for my home and rental properties. I tried many in the area before them and they are the best and have been using them for last several years. Recently had an HVAC emergency call at 10 pm and technician worked until 2 am to get the furnace going. Service calls and installations have always been affordable and they can't be beat with how they back up what they do. Same for the plumbing side of the business which I also call them for (wish plumbing had weekend hours but you can't have everything).“

I called Legacy and they were able to send someone out the same day and I needed after 4:30pm and I wasn’t charged extra for the evening time. The tech Dan was so helpful.
