“When I first called for the problems I was having with my HVAC, they tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately what we did didn’t help. They were able to get someone out to the house that fit my time schedule. The tech that came was polite and explained to me what the problem was with my unit. The day of the install they were very efficient with getting the unit installed. They helped with registering my unit with the manufacturer. Through my family, I have been a customer of Controlled Comfort for 8 years. During that time they have always been helpful. I will continue to use this company for any additional needs.”

Mark came first thing the following day to assess and, even though they had a full day of scheduled work to do, had Chris and Alex here the same day. They coordinated with the roofers and made the repairs. The person answering phones in the office was so helpful as well.
