“Great experience with H.R. Stuart. Devin has always been my first point of contact when I call in, or when he reaches out to me for maintenance. He is always professional and easy to work with. A true problem solver.
It has also been a pleasure working with Connor when he comes out to our home. Not only is he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, but he is also very patient and takes the time to explain everything. He keeps it simple and its much appreciated.”
“The first company I called was a bust. This company is fantastic and highly recommend. Easy to make an appointment, for appointment window...was a very little wait time, diagnosis was fast and repaired within 40 minutes, price was extremely reasonable. Thank you Nathan B. for your efficiency and advice, gained a loyal customer.”
“Matt came out to diagnose my furnace after my basement was flooded by a water main break in April. The unit had been sitting off for nearly 3 months and I wasn't sure what I was dealing with. He was upfront and direct from the start — assessed the damage, explained that the circuit board and blower were compromised from water damage, and gave me a clear recommendation to replace rather than throw money at repairs. $3,100 installed, new furnace is running perfectly, and he confirmed my condenser was undamaged which saved me from an even bigger bill. In a stressful situation dealing with attorneys and insurance, having a tech who is honest and doesn't try to upsell you means everything. Highly recommend Matt and Always Air.”
