“Rose was a life saver, came home from vacation to hot air blowing out the vents with temp reaching in the mid 90’a. Needed our unit to be fixed right away due to my mom being at home who’s bed ridden. Same day I called she has a technician out to diagnose the issue. Technician was very professional and took his time and explained what was going on. Unfortunately, a storm came in and he couldn’t finish the job, but came out the very next day early in the morning to finish up. Highly recommended.“
