My air conditioning in my business was always running and it wasn’t getting cool inside the office. After trying many HVAC people we ask Joshua to take a look. I had procrastinated in getting my dryer vent cleaned - it did not seem like a high priority until I saw photos of a dryer vent fire. I searched for and contacted several different organizations - Josh actually answered the phone (no phone tag) and gave me a quote over the phone (unlike a couple of other companies). Scheduling was easy. He was on time (texting me to tell me he was on his way), friendly and professional.
