“I called Mechanical 24 for a repair on our commercial heater mounted to the ceiling inside of our warehouse. They were very quick to set me up a time to have a technician out. When the technician Shaun arrived he seemed very enthusiastic about helping us resolve our issue. Throughout the entire process he was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me on how the machine worked as well as exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to solve our issue very fast. He was just so kind and eager to help us out. It was just so nice to see someone that was truly so friendly and so great at their job as well. “At 12:30 today I noticed my furnace was not working. Called Ambrose Heating and AC. Lady said they were booked till after hours would I want them to come I said yes. 25 minutes later service man Rob called. He was on his way. By 1:30 my furnace was up and running. I have used Ambrose for years and can't say enough about their wonderful service. Thank you so much.“
