“Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! “Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial call I had someone come 2x and my issues were fully resolved.“
“Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“

“I had an amazing experience. I came out later Thursday night to my water heater leaking water. After multiple calls to a few "24" hour emergency places that had no openings, I was beyond frustrated. I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! Not only that but they had a whole proposal laid out for me to review, a great price, and were available to come that next morning. I had an appt I couldn't move at 1pm that day and was concerned that it would mess with the install. They let me know they would have their workers take a lunch break and come back when I was ready. I can't express how easy, transparent, and friendly everyone I worked with was. They even got the install completed before my appt!! Talk about impressed!
