“Duct Professor was the lowest of 3 quotes for a water heater replacement and they had high reviews so they were the logical choice. Turned out to be a great decision and the high reviews are understandable. Requested a quote online and got an immediate call from Michael. He was a clear communicator, easy to deal with and replacement was set for the next morning. Kevin and Jima showed up on time and after a quick look around got started replacing the water heater in a tight space. They were fast, efficient, friendly and clear communicators. Some minor piping modifications were required and a shut-off valve that should have been (but wasn't) in the heater output line was added. Total time on site was 3 hours and you would never know they had been here. I Highly recommend!“

“Outstanding timely service. We called because of a backup in the the master bath. Unfortunately it was going to be a holiday weekend and they wouldn’t be able to fit us in until the following Tuesday. I explained that I had had knee replacement 1 week ago and this was the bathroom on the first floor that I needed to use also that we have been clients of Glenbrook for over 30 years, I trust them and didn’t want to try to find someone else to fix the problem The support staff answering the phone said she’d see what she could do.
