“I had an amazing experience. I came out later Thursday night to my water heater leaking water. After multiple calls to a few "24" hour emergency places that had no openings, I was beyond frustrated. I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! Not only that but they had a whole proposal laid out for me to review, a great price, and were available to come that next morning. “Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“
