“Duct Professor was the lowest of 3 quotes for a water heater replacement and they had high reviews so they were the logical choice. Turned out to be a great decision and the high reviews are understandable. Requested a quote online and got an immediate call from Michael. He was a clear communicator, easy to deal with and replacement was set for the next morning. Kevin and Jima showed up on time and after a quick look around got started replacing the water heater in a tight space. They were fast, efficient, friendly and clear communicators. Some minor piping modifications were required and a shut-off valve that should have been (but wasn't) in the heater output line was added. Total time on site was 3 hours and you would never know they had been here. I Highly recommend!“

“I've been using Pasquesi for quite a few years to clean the roots out of my line (yearly as a precaution) and I've always been happy with the friendliness and professionalism of their employees. Today, Jordan did a nice job of explaining how things looked today, the size cutter he used, etc. A really nice guy. If you have lots of trees or bushes between your house and the street, you should do this annually so YOU don't become that house with a dug up front yard in december! Its only a few hundred $!) The technician *Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so cool and experienced. One man & one 50 gallon tank to install without a helper. He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition. “Al Air has saved me two years in a row. Once for my AC unit, and another for my furnace. Al himself came out, fixed the problem quickly, and shared with me what the problem was, providing tips for the future.
