I decided it's probably best to replace vs fix and reached out on thumbtack to see my options. Duct Professionals responded so quickly! “Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.“

“Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning.
